Soundcore Space One Pro

The Space One Pro is the step up from Wirecutter's budget pick for travelers who want a folding design: you keep 40 hours with ANC, LDAC, multipoint, and a 3.5 mm input, and gain a 5-minute charge that's rated for 8 hours. Our fit scores match the cheaper Space One everywhere except value, so buy it for the fold and the quick charge, and buy it on sale.

Our take

The short version

Soundcore's Space One Pro takes the formula of its budget hit, the Space One, and adds a FlexiCurve folding design. The rest of the spec sheet reads well for the money: Adaptive ANC 3.0, up to 40 hours with noise cancelling and 60 without, a 5-minute charge rated for 8 hours, 40 mm triple-composite drivers, LDAC, Bluetooth 5.3, multipoint, HearID 2.0 sound personalization, and a 3.5 mm AUX input for seat-back screens. Mike O'Brien's unsponsored review (embedded below) puts it up against the flagships.

List is $199.99, but it sold for about $139.99 in our October 5 research, and during Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days on October 6, 2026, Prime members saw it at $129.99. At those prices it sits between the ~$84.99 Space One and the ~$378 Sony WH-1000XM6, which is why it gets a 4 for value rather than the Space One's 5.

Be clear about what the extra money buys. Our travel, calls, and sound scores are the same as the Space One's (4, 3, and 3), and at 286.2 g it's heavier than both the Space One (265 g) and the Sony (~254 g). LDAC only helps on Android phones that support it; iPhones use AAC. If you don't care about the fold or the faster top-up, the regular Space One is the better deal.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • 40 h with ANC, 60 h without; a 5-minute charge gives 8 h
  • FlexiCurve folding design for packing
  • LDAC, multipoint, and a 3.5 mm AUX input
  • Adaptive ANC 3.0 and HearID 2.0 sound personalization
  • Regularly sells well below its $199.99 list price

Trade-offs

  • Our travel, calls, and sound scores match the cheaper Space One
  • 286.2 g, heavier than the Space One (265 g) and Sony WH-1000XM6 (~254 g)
  • LDAC does nothing for iPhone owners
  • Hard to justify at full list price

Who it's for

Buy it if…

  • Travelers who want a folding over-ear with real ANC under $150
  • Commuters who'd rather charge once a week than every few days
  • Android owners who want LDAC without paying flagship prices

Skip it if…

  • Strict budgets: the Space One is Wirecutter's budget pick at ~$84.99
  • Call-heavy workers: the Sony WH-1000XM6 gets a 5 for calls
  • Battery maximalists: the Sennheiser Momentum 5 claims up to 57 h with ANC
